Orders within the US ships via FedEx and usually arrived after 3-7 business days.
Worldwide orders ships via our logistic centers around the world – Delivery time depends on local delivery companies (no delivery time guaranteed), please note that in some countries local custom fees are applicable.

Orders of Dida Store products are packed and shipped quickly. Orders usually arrive within 10-14 business days.

Return/exchange a product
Dida Beauty Store offers a refund on unopened products that are returned within 14 days of receiving the product. Simply return any unopened product for a full refund. Please contact us through the website or e-mail and customer service representative will assist you prior to sending the product back.
We will refund your credit card less shipping and handling charges, if any. Returns typically require up to 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Costs to return items to Dida Beauty Store are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
Nuna provides a limited 2-year warranty: Activate your warranty by registering your product within 10 days of purchase. Registering your Nuna purchase links your product with important notifications, proof of ownership, and warranty service.

We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 2 years from the date of your original retail purchase.
We will replace the Product with a new Product that is the same as or similar to the Product you purchased;
There is no assurance, representation, or warranty that any replacement Product will be identical to or will offer the same functionalities as the Product returned to us. Technological advances and Product availability may result in your receiving a replacement Product with a lower selling price than the original Product you purchased. In all cases, Product comparability will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
This limited warranty applies only to Products that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, unauthorized use, alterations or repair, or commercial use. This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.
This limited warranty applies to any replacement Product, for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from its shipment to you, whichever period is longer. All parts and Products that you return to us and for which we give you a refund or replacement will become our or our affiliate’s property upon our receipt, and you agree that any unexpired part of this limited warranty on the replaced or refunded part or Product also transfers to us. Failure to ship the damaged part or Product back to us may result in your being charged for the replacement part or Product at full retail price.
